Eros International Plc., the AIM, London-listed film producer and distributor, said it plans to list its Indian subsidiary on the Bombay Stock Exchange during the current fiscal. Eros International Media Ltd, the Indian subsidiary, recently hired former BCCL executive A.P. Parigi as CEO.
