Indiagames has inked a deal to make Sify’s Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) ‘A3‘available on it’s Games on Demand (GoD) service. A3 is a fantasy, action and adventure RPG played in a virtual world by over 4 million users worldwide. I found a Sify trailer for A3 on YouTube - here
Indiagames intends to make more MMOGs available on GoD. GoD is an online monthly subscription based service, available on BSNL, MTNL (Mumbai), Airtel, Tata-VSNL and You Telecom; I’m not sure of how many people have signed up for GoD, but what Indiagames has also acquired in the process is a captive engaged audience. It could be an interesting proposition for making advergames available.
