Indiagames Investment Announced

As noted here earlier, Indiagames, the mobile gaming firm, has received $4 million from Cisco and Macromedia..the ocmpany is majority owned by Chinese portal TOM Online.
Cisco and Macromedia will pay a total of $4 million for a combined stake of 18.2% in Indiagames through subscription of new shares. TOM Online’s share will be diluted to 62.42% from 76.3%
