Cybermedia Acquires 49% Stake In US Based Content Services Company
Cybermedia has acquired 49 percent stake in Publication Services Inc (PSI) a content services company based out of Champaign, Illinois in the US. PSI has 50 employees and an FY06 recenue of $2.7mn. Its clients include McGraw-Hill, Cambridge University Press, Harvard University Press and others. According to Pradeep Gupta, CMD and CEO of Cybermedia, the acquisition will help them address the content outsourcing market better. Cybermedia has the option of a complete buyout in three years time. [via release]
