Exchange4Media.com: Air Deccan, India’s first low cost airline, has joined hands with Reliance WebWorld, to offer air tickets through the latter’s chain of 241 broadband centres across 104 cities in India. Passengers can now book tickets, pay for them, or reschedule or cancel tickets at the WebWorlds.
It would also be possible for them to get refunds from any of these centres, irrespective of the place of booking the ticket. Announcing the tie-up, Capt Gopinath, Managing Director, Air Deccan, said, “Two key elements for the success of a product are the affordability and accessibility. We have already priced our airfares affordably, and now our drive is to ensure that our tickets are easily accessible.” The e-ticketing initiative would be facilitated through WebWorlds from 10 am to 11 pm on all days, and will offer customers the flexibility of canceling or rescheduling their journey from any of the outlets.
