Hyderabad-based digital marketing services company Ybrant Technologies has acquired US-based firm AdDynamix in exchange for cash and promissory notes worth $10 million. AdDynamix provides ad management, video and digital media services to agencies, entertainment clients and direct marketers. Its advertising network includes companies like Classmates, Nutrisystem, NetZero and Ford.
In November last year, the company had acquired Colorado, US-based MediosOne. As if not enough, Ybrant is already eyeing four more acquisitions in the digital marketing space within the next six months.
Ybrant is also planning to go for an IPO in the current calendar year.
