Travel Portal Yatra Ties Up With Hughes For Bookings; Reliance Web World?

Yatra has inked a deal with ISP Hughes to offer travel related services through HughesNet Fusion centres, reports the Hindu. Initially, the services will be offered at 28 such centres, and payment shall be accepted by cash, credit cards and debit cards. As per Dhruv Shringi, founder of Yatra Online, the idea is to target who do not have access to credit cards or are unfamiliar with transacting online. Not much information on HughesNet Fusion website as to how many centres they have, apart from 16 “DWF centres” and 46 “DWGE” centres.
In September last year, Dhruv Shringi had said in an interview that Yatra is tying up with Reliance Web World, so has that deal fallen through or is this in addition to that deal?
Update: I asked Nikhil Rungta, Head of Marketing for Yatra about the Reliance Web World deal: He says that Yatra is open to tie-ups with more than just one service provider - as many points of distribution as possible, in fact. That they’ve tied up with Hughes doesn’t mean that the Reliance Web World deal is closed.
