Prabhu has 18 years of experience at Times Internet, Rediff, (NSDQ: REDF) Cyber Media and The Hindu. He will report to UTV CEO Ronnie Screwvala. Last month, an anonymous comment had been left to this post at ContentSutra, asserting that Prabhu intends to switch to UTV. Readers should bear in mind that Disney has a 14.85 percent stake in UTV.
