Roshan Tamang Quits Web18 As VP; Headed To Indiatimes?

Roshan Tamang, VP for news, sports and entertainment at Web18, has resigned. This is his last week at the Network18 Group firm. Tamang confirmed the development, but would not say where he was headed.

According to a source, Tamang is joining Indiatimes as VP. We are awaiting comment from an Indiatimes spokesperson.

Prior to joining Web18, Tamang worked at Times Internet Ltd (Indiatimes) for three years. He has also worked at the online units of The Indian Express and the India Today Group.

I think there are a lot more moves to TIL in the offing. I believe the design head from Web 18 is headed that way as well, which was, well… to be expected. After all, the new dispensation has it's DNA in design. So lets see how it goes.
