It is an irony of the regulatory affairs that you can recieve a foreign news channel on a mobile, but not news via FM channels on the same mobile.

Not that it has a major impact for the present, as in unicast mode the viewership is negligible. But these issues will be important for the government as 3G spectrum is auctioned and more effective mobile TV deliveries become the order of the day.
