Reliance a most trusted brand name in India for dacades, it is intresting that Reliance is ready with their new venture i.e. big tv. It would have been great if reliance could provide phone and internet connection   with the same DTH connection. It would be of imanse gift for people living in remote places and do not have phone or internet connection. I know that only reliance can do such wonder, please let me know wether this dream can become reality?

Reliance Big TV has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The 1-800 call center no does not work, the installation did not happen even after 6 days of buying the STB and despite me calling the Bombay call center no (022-30338888) mutltiple times in multiple days, the call center guys are totally inexperienced and just do not have answers to the problem. I recommend people to NOT buy Big TV. My complaint no is 75103862

  This is Rajesh S , My Smart card number is 200516213852 , I made a complaint log on 1st of November for the uninstallation ,one of the representive told me it will done within 48 hours , I have waited for an 48 hours after then again I made a call to customer service , they said , ur request not been taken again they took another complaint on 4 th of November and again they said still 48 hours will take , My complaint ID is 79480385, after 48 hours I made a call to them about the uninstalation they said , Reinstallation is over . How come they say like that without conforming from the customers and they have closed the case , and I informed them like still now uninstallation not been done , then they said to pay RS.750 for uninstalltion , that’s why they are pending she said , immediately I recharged for RS.1000 and again they take another complaint and the complaint ID is 79646834, From 4th onwards daily I am calling to customer service they saying like ur complain is finishing process , till now nobody came to uninstall . Very bad experience I am having with the BIG TV . Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
