Percept To Invest $5 Million In New Media Co Percept Knorigin

Percept Holdings, which had sold off stake in WebPercept to Netweb earlier this year has launched Percept Knorigin, a tech media and service provider. Percept intends to invest $5 million in the venture, which will be headquartered in Bangalore with Viraj Malik as its MD. The company has targeted revenues of $10 million per annum, and intends to expand its team to 100 within the next three years.

As per MD Malik, Percept Knorigin will “focus on creating IP in digital advertising aggregation and build network of high quality online properties, leverage Percept’s content and network to build unique online and mobile assets and ROI linked marketing solutions to clients in India, UK and USA. Services which will include consulting, creative, operations and procurement services.” More at Business of Cinema.
