Mahindra & Mahindra To Set Up Entertainment Fund; Can’t Be Just $5 Million…
Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra has set up an entertainment media fund, reports IANS. There’s no formal announcement yet, but the company has acquired world distribution rights for the film “Mumbai Chakachak” and will co-finance Mansoon Films’ Buddha. Our film industry sources have also ratified the deals, though not the fund…More here. The story also claims that it’s just a $5 million (Rs. 20 crore) fund, which is too small and highly unlikely.
