A warning here for domainers, looking to rely on typos or misinterpretation of spellings of popular domain names: Consim Info (the Bharatmatrimony) has obtained an injunction restraining “bharathmatrimony.net” from infringing its trademark, reports Exchange4media. Consim apparently intends to go after other websites with identical/similar websites…or they’re probably using the press release, and the legal precedent now set, to warn all prospective competitors who are considering a similar domain name. Consim owns a large number of registered domain names -  Bharatmatrimony.com, Assamesematrimony.com, Bengalimatrimony.com, Gujaratimatrimony.com, Hindimatrimony.com, Kannadamatrimony.com, Keralamatrimony.com, Marathimatrimony.com, Marwadimatrimony.com, Oriyamatrimony.com, Parsimatrimony.com, Punjabimatrimony.com, Sindhimatrimony.com, Tamilmatrimony.com, Telugumatrimony.com, and Urdumatrimony.com.
