Media Video Ltd, a company that makes, among other things, TV games and devices for Internet browsing using the TV has informed the BSE that the Bennet, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL) now holds 11.3 percent in the company, up from 7.2 percent.
BCCL, better known as the Times of India Group, has been allotted 17,33,000 equity shares after choosing to exercise its option to convert warrants into equity shares. The company had made a preferential allotment of 26,80,538 equity shares to BCCL in August 2005. [via the Hindu]
